Bernkastel's business, tea & tarot, sprung to life overnight from an abandoned lot close to city headquarters. once you step in, you're greeted with a small gift shop of sorts (crystals, oils, mists, other new age things you can take home for a price.) inside the sitting room is several sofas and a chair where Bernkastel primarily sits during open hours. She will read a character's cards for a fee, with the promise that it's 'just a curios, but she is a fully fledged witch, so keep it in mind'.

There will also be a changing menu every day, with different exotic blends and snacks from all over the modern world, in a reality where that still exists. She has no human waiters-- instead, black cats carry little trays strapped to their back in and out of the kitchen. They have no problems balancing the orders and as many cats will come out as what's ordered. They accept pets as tips.

(Bernkastel's tarot readings can either be purposefully vague or we can plot to have it relevant to your character's future. Up to you!)
